24 Season Finale
Monday, May 23rd, 2005Well, my favorite show, 24, has ended it’s fourth season tonight in a somewhat anti-climatic episode. I only say this because the last scene is Jack Bauer, or whatever his new name is, walking off into the sunset. It wouldn’t surprise me to not see him in the next season. But, I’ll leave that up for speculation until the next season actually begins. I mean, look at this season, Tony is back as is President Palmer. So, you really never know what is going to happen in 24.
Overall, I really liked this season. I didn’t watch the third season, so I really don’t know what happens. But, I really should watch the DVD to catch up on it. Maybe it will make season four make more sense? Who knows. The only thing that I know right now is that I’ll have to find a new favorite show on TV until next season starts. I have no idea what that will be, so in the meantime I guess I’ll have to see what the networks come up with for their next round of shows. If worst comes to worst, I’ll just start watching my 24 DVDs.

You know I’ve always wanted to start watching it, but I can only get into one tv drama at once, and you know ALIAS is the the best since J.G. is in it :P You know one thing that I’ve always wondered is how come they never show anyone going to the bathroom in the 24 hour period. It’s strange isn’t it?

mmmmm, jack bauer was awesome. The bathroom comment is interesting, couldn’t it just be that since they are gov’t adgents they are given the same stuff as the space men and can just go in their pants? Hot stuff.

I think the bathroom issue can easily be explained by the fact that not everyone is shown at the same time, all the time. There are definitely opportunities for that to take place off camera. What strikes me is…. when do they eat!? I know if I was pulling long hours at CTU I would have foam teriyaki take-out trays all over my desk.

But, if they’re not eating… then why use the restroom?

My husband only taped the 1st hour of the 2 hour “24″ finale. Got any leads on where I can borrow someone’s copy?

I missed the whole 2 hr finale. Set the VCR up to tape it and then forgot to turn the VCR off. If I can’t find a tape, will have to wait until Season 4 comes out on DVD.

Yeah, I wish that they would do what they did with season 1 and repeat the epsiodes on FX later during the week. Then, if you missed one, you could just tune in on FX and catch it later on.
