First 3 windows are complimentary:
Document Explorer windows
    > holds all the documents
    > click on 'Browse/Code' button to look at document
Project Pad
    > functions
    > Search and Compare nodes (to see where nodes intersect)
Node Explorer
    > identify concepts
    > stucture of tree nodes

Node is the same thing as a code

How to make free code...
Highlight line in Document Window and write a new code in the box at the bottom
In Node explorer window a new Free Node appeared
Can add desciption now or later.
Must accept change or else it's gone.

A piece of text can have multiple coding.
After you have your tree nodes, you can see the address for all the nodes.

Not only do you want to see where they overlap, but also where they dont overlap.
