Wallet Conundrum
Friday, July 30th, 2004For the past week or so I have been contemplating on whether or not I should get a new wallet. The one I currently have was a gift back in high school and it has more than treated me well. There is no need that necessitates this desire, I just felt like I wanted to get something new. But, the idea of spending money on something that holds my money just struck me as odd and mildly deterred me. However, this was not why I ended up forgoing the purchase of the new wallet. I just realized that I could put my U-Pass in the clear ID holder on the left side of my wallet and just show that to the Metro driver instead of taking it out every-damn-time I ride the bus. Only took me three years to figure that one out.

Haha, I just put my UWID on backwards in the front credit card slot. When I ride the metro, I just flip out my wallet to show the bus driver what he needs to see, that sticker on top. Sometimes I wonder if they even look at it, but yeah..
