End Is Near

The end of the quarter is coming closer and closer with each day. All that I have left to do is work with my 370 group to put our proposal together. It is a nice relief to only have that one thing left to do. This means only one more group to focus on and only one class to worry about.

But, before I head on break the quarter needs to end. So, this past week has seen a 115 page design report paper be turned in, a presentation on such paper, and our final presentation in 498 on Nmap. Yeah, it was a lot to do, but I am glad that it is all behind me now. Continue reading “End Is Near”

Wine, Cheese, Crackers, and Song

Last night, after running some errands with Jamie at Northgate, we headed over to Anthony’s place to just hang out and have a few drinks. It just so happened that Jamie and I had bought some wine that night when we were at QFC, so we brought that along as well. ON LANGUAGE: Kiduage – “Vehicles — wheels, as they were once called — are now whips. ”Have you seen Joe’s new whip? It’s a stretch Hummer.” An ordinary car is called a ride, while a large passenger car out of style or otherwise low on prestige is not a whip, but a scraper.” Hell, even I learned a few new slang words reading this. Pretty funny read though for the New York Times.
